Every part we ship is machined to your specifications. Because our work is custom, our return policy is different from a typical retail store. Here is how it works.
Custom machined parts are made to order from your drawings and cannot be restocked or resold. We do not accept returns on parts that meet the specifications provided in your approved quote and drawing.
If a part arrives defective, damaged, or does not meet the tolerances and specifications on your drawing, we want to make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assess the issue promptly.

We review every quality claim seriously. Our machinists will compare your photos and measurements against the original drawing and our inspection records.
If we determine the part is out of spec or defective due to our error, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
We cover return shipping costs for parts that are being sent back for rework or replacement due to our error.
We recommend inspecting your parts as soon as they arrive. Check critical dimensions, surface finish, and overall condition. The sooner you catch an issue, the faster we can resolve it.
