Terms of Service

Last updated: April 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Heritage Shop Co website and our CNC machining services. Heritage Shop Co is operated by Heritage Holdings Group LLC, Clermont, Florida. By submitting a quote request or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued. After that, pricing may change due to material costs or shop scheduling. Quotes are based on the drawings and specifications you provide — if the design changes, we will re-quote.

Quoted prices include machining and standard deburring. Finishing services (anodizing, powder coat, etc.), inspection reports, and shipping are quoted separately and itemized.

Payment

Payment is due in full before machining begins. We accept credit cards and bank transfers. For orders over $5,000, we may offer net-30 terms on a case-by-case basis for established customers.

We do not begin cutting material until payment has cleared. This protects both sides — you are never charged for work that has not been approved.

Intellectual Property

You own all intellectual property rights in the designs and drawings you provide to us. We claim no rights, ownership, or license to your files.

We do not retain your CAD files after your project is complete. We do not share your designs with other customers or third parties. If you need a non-disclosure agreement, we are happy to sign one before you share any files.

Tolerances and Specifications

We machine to the tolerances specified on your drawing. Where no tolerances are called out, we hold standard shop tolerances of +/-0.005" on machined dimensions and +/-0.001" where specifically noted in the quote.

If your drawing includes a tolerance we cannot hold with our equipment, we will tell you during the quoting process — not after we have started cutting.

Material and Certification

We source material from domestic suppliers. Mill certifications are available on request and will be noted in your quote if required. If you supply your own material, we are not responsible for material defects.

Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided with your quote. They begin when payment clears, not when the quote is approved. We do our best to meet every deadline, but lead times are estimates and not guarantees. If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you promptly.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order before machining begins for a full refund. Once material has been cut, cancellation fees apply based on the work completed. We will provide a breakdown before processing any partial refund.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any defective or out-of-spec part is limited to the cost of that part. We will rework the part or issue a refund at our discretion. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or downstream costs resulting from a defective part.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Florida.
